Uptime & Service Availability - We will monitor all aspects of your server to ensure all necessary services are available to your business. This service monitors all aspects of your server functionality. In case a failure is detected, we are notified immediately via email and we take the necessary actions to rectify the issue in a timely manner.
Monitoring Storage Space - We actively monitor the hard drive space on your server to ensure that there is sufficient amount of space available for usage. Should this predetermined limit be reached, our support team will receive a notification, and will take the necessary actions to resolve it.
Backup Monitoring and Verification We monitor the state of your backup system to ensure that the necessary backups have been completed. If there is failure the corrective action will be taken to rectify the issue before the next scheduled backup.
User Account & Security We will manage all user account settings on your server including file sharing and group level permission.
